Chocolate lovers will enjoy the chocolate mousse cake topped with rich mousse, or the chocolate raspberry espresso cake with jam and espresso chocolate buttercream. The Mary Wynn cake can be made of vanilla, chocolate, or almond cake soaked in espresso, then loaded with tiramisu and topped with ganache.
