We had the worst experience buying a used car. We were lied to over and over again instead of just telling us the truth of why it was taking so long to process. You ordered the wrong part to fix it. Don’t have us wait forever for the car that was supposed to be ready the day before. And still we had to drive the car back to get the right part put on. The service we were told would take an hour, it actually took over 3 hours and they STILL did NOT replace it!!! The WORST

Feb 13, 2025, I went to the Service Area to drop off my 2025 SUV because I received a text alert, sharing an issue with the battery. When I arrived, Jorge helped me on the spot. He explained the issue and assured all was resolved. As a result, I did not need to leave my car. This dealership’s customer service is horrible. Whenever you try to buy a car, everyone keeps calling from this dealership.
