Steve Appel and everyone else we dealt with were amazing. We were 3 hours into a 12 hour drive from PA to SC when we got a flat tire, about 10 miles from the dealership. With no appointment, and a desperate need to get back on the road ASAP, MB of Fredericksburg took us in. They had the tires we needed in stock, got our GL450 up on the lift quickly, offered to shuttle us to lunch while we waited, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. Our family is grateful!

Mercedes-Benz of Fredericksburg was very helpful in the purchase of my car. I bought a used C-300 off the lot and the service they provided was good. The car had a few minor defects including a cracked windshield, but once they found out about the windshield they were willing to replace it. Another small cosmetic detail, this time on the interior, was the moon roof switch was broken. Extremely pleased with Antoine and the team at Mercedes of Fredericksburg, VA.
