You might also enjoy the boldly flavored yet remarkably thin venison carpaccio, or the house-made duck “prosciutto” flatbread with balsamic pearls.

The Main Course

Entrees include excellent offerings from land and sea, like the venison tenderloin crusted with coriander and brown sugar, or the wild-caught rockfish which comes pan-seared and accompanied by truffle risotto and olive puree. The miso-honey-glazed Norwegian salmon is served with peppadew gremolata, and the swordfish is joined by citrus salsa and pickled leeks.

If you want steak for dinner, the kitchen offers a range of excellent cuts, all treated to the heat of their 1,800-degree broiler. Steaks include a center-cut sirloin, a fine-grain New York strip, a grass-fed hanger steak from Elkwood Farms in Rimington, and a beautifully marbled prime Delmonico ribeye. The selection also features a frenched rack of lamb as well as surf and turf platters that pair butcher cuts with lobster tails, crab cakes, and other seafood.
